Air Tech 10, Century 21 10 â Alex Butter and Lisa Cody had two hits apiece to lead Air Tech. Joy Sgabbo and Kate Tomascak excelled in the field. For Century 21, Michaela Gainey and Lauren Frazzetta powered the offense as Emily Riley and Megan Watts played well in the field
Newtown Junior Women 10, Air Tech 6 â Helene Sorenson, Megan Evans and Lillia McEnaney pitched well to lead the Newtown Junior Women to the win. Grace Kellogg and Sophia Chiravelli played well in the field. For Air Tech, Lexy Rodriguez, Caroline Poulter, Morgan Cutolo and Casey Demers had solid performances.

Newtown Insurance 13, Dr. Gellert 12 â Karina Cardella knocked in the winning run and Jamie Boucher recorded the save as Newtown Insurance came back to defeat Dr. Gellert in a close game. Alaina Coken and Lydia Post each scored three runs. For Dr. Gellert, Abigail Keough and Taylor Johnson each had two hits and Joanna Wollman and Kelly Keenan also hit safely.
Executive Lawn 16, Union Savings 14 â Jackie Kissack belted a threeârun homer and Alysha Scanlon added a key hit to lead Executive Lawn to the win. Natalie Dunn and Tara Dawley had strong games. For Union Savings, Brittney Soucar, Jessica Lynch, Allie Jones and Taylor Demirjian played well.
Richâs Keys & Locks 9, Newtown Insurance 9 â Ashley Perry singled and drove in three runs to lead Richâs. Kelly Brooks and Dianna Carozza scored two runs apiece while Kelsey Van Der Linn pitched well with five strikeouts.
Bob Tendler Real Estate 10, Executive Lawn 7 â Kelly VanVeen hit the ball hard while Alina Schwartz and Jade Mather were strong in the field to lead Tendler. Evelyn Fahey pitched well. For Executive, Natalie Dunn drove in a couple of runs as Megan Murphy, Destiny Fell and Nicole Scolara played well in the field.
Bob Tendler Real Estate 6, Villa Restaurant 6 â Erin Dloughy, Taylor McColl and Caitlin Dowling had runâscoring hits to pace Tendler. Marissa Chappell played well in the field. For Villa, Brandy Nezvesky made a sparkling catch with the bases loaded and two outs in the top of the third inning to spark the defense. Erin Begg and Marilyn LaCroce pitched well.

Ricciâs Salon 11, Karen Fitness 6 â Nicole Escbar sparkled on the mound with five strikeouts to lead Ricciâs to the win. Rebecca Bloom played well behind the plate with Jenna Perez and Theresa Viesto both bringing in an RBI each.
Creative Mailing Services 12, Lexington Gardens 7 â Kate Bowen (eight strikeouts), Amanda Nealy and Hannah BaschâGould pitched well to lead Creative Mailing to the win. Maura McDade and Christie Beck anchored the defense. For Lexington, Kaila Harrington doubled, Rachel Ruiz singled and Stephanie Sanchez and Elissa Robertson pitched well. Paige Woodhouse made a nice catch at shortstop.
Creative Mailing Services 11, Newtown Hardware 8 â Kaitlin Marsden was 2âforâ2, Christie Beck doubled and Kate Bowen, Hannah BaschâGould and Jen Daily singled to lead Creative Mailing to the win. For Newtown Hardware, Ally Modzelewski pitched well and made a strong catch in leftfield. Tara Hiteshew was also strong in the field as Nicole Elias doubles and Taylor Ansbro was 2âforâ3 to spark the offense.
Ricciâs Salon 12, Burton Builders 11 â Genna Rossi who pitched well and Sarah Ferris banged out three hits to lead Ricciâs to the win. Brittany Ziman, Theresa Viesto and Michelle Davies each had a hit. For Burton Builders, Tyler Brindley played well at first base with a couple of unassisted putouts. Reilly Cameron and Jennifer Callery batted well with a hit each.
Air Tech 12, Burton Builders 11 â Samantha Defilippe put together three innings of superbly pitched ball to lead Air Tech to the win. Tracy Dunn started and pitched well while chipping in with two RBIs. Sarah Steiner and Cristin Carlin also bagged two RBIs each. For Burton Builders, Kelly Burton and Lauren Johnson each had three hits while Kristin Errico, Brady Eggleston and Stephanie Mitchell had two hits each.
Carquest 11, Burton Builders 7 â Vicky Lavalla, Nicole Maggio and Laura Frattarolli turned in sparkling defensive plays to lead Carquest to the win. For Burton Builders, Lauren Johnson pitched three strong innings. Riley Cameron had a key hit and played strong defense behind the plate as Kelly Burton had an RBI triple and Lauren Johnson banged out two hits to lead the offense.
Carquest 15, Air Tech 5 â Liz Anderson went 3-for-3 and Marnie Thompson had two hits to lead Carquest to the win. Jenna Himmelfarb played great at shortstop. For Air Tech, Tracy Dunn and Sonja Brand-Fisher pitched well. Ava Rojo and Pam Rothenberg played well defensively.
Carquest 13, Karenâs Fitness 12 â Brooke Fell hit a double and did a great job as catcher to lead Carquest to the win. Gina Pisacreta made two outs at third base. For Karenâs Fitness, Morgan Dâavola pitched well, Brittany Clarke had a strong game behind the plate, and Sheena Finlayson had an unassisted double play.

Newtown Phone Book 13, Chase Bank 12 â Hilary Moskowitz and Dayna Djonne hit the ball hard and led Newtown Phone Book to the win. Katie Midlik pitched well and Nicole Alberico fielded well. For Chase Bank, Christie McGrath had a pair of singles, Tina Sanchez doubled, Jackie Ercole pitched well and Angela Viesto was strong in the field.
Chase Bank 23, Preferred Computer Systems 7 â Jackie Ercole and Christy Fogelstrom doubled to spark the Chase Bank offense. For PCS, Katie Kirrane and Sarah Regensburger played well in the infield while Alyson Graham made a couple of outstanding catches in the outfield.
Drug Center 17, Preferred Computer Systems 15 â Nicole Benzinger had two hits and three RBI to lead Drug Center to the win. Erin Mukwaya and Hillary Smith played well in the field. For PCS, Becky Samson tripled in a run, Kelly Lindell stole three baes, and Danielle Silk pitched three solid innings.
Edward Kelleher 19, Preferred Computer Systems â Chelsea Fowler played well in the field and Katie Orlando hit the ball hard to lead Kelleher to the win. For PCS, Carly Doherty helped turned a double play while Katie Schmidt hit the ball hard.
Edward Kelleher 13, Drug Center 9 â Maxx Zimmer and Annie Hull had strong games to lead Kelleger. For Drug Center, Claire Decker and Lindsey Green played well in the field as Katie Serock and Danielle Petrella paced the offense.
Drug Center 24, Georgeâs Pizza 7 â Lindsey Green had two hits and drove in four runs to lead Drug Center to the win. Gretchen Carey played well in the field as Rachel Marlin and Katie Serock pitched a solid game. For Georgeâs, Kaitlin Freeman and Kimmi Andrews made fine defensive plays while Andrea Rigby powered the offense with a triple.
Quiet Company 13, Newtown Phone Book 5 â Jax Van Waalwijk and Daria Maruschak powered the offense and led the Quiet Company to the win. Kelly Ann Murphy and Megan Barbour paced the defense. For the Phone Book, Tara Belmont (2B) and Sarah Peck (OF) played well in the field while Nikki Reyen and Lauren Jones hit the ball hard.

Jessica Rockwell chipped in with a pair of singles and solid defense. For the Drug Center, Megan Dawley had a run-scoring hit, Hilary Smith added a key hit, and Christina Lavalla played well in the field.
Chase Bank 14, The Quiet Company 9 â Callie Kotch doubled and drove in three runs to lead Chase to the win. Angela Viesto singled and scored and Jackie Ercole played well behind the plate. For The Quiet Company, Ashley Christiano pitched well and added a single with two runs scored. Dara Maruschak played well at second base and Sarah Truitt chipped in with a two-run single that kept the game close.
