Maddy Keane

Keane is a senior captain on the Newtown High School girls’ soccer team.

Favorite part about playing soccer: “It’s a great place to meet other people. I’ve met my best friends playing soccer.”

Toughest aspect: Staying in shape year-round, and working hard to stay away from injuries.

When she’s not on the NHS field: Plays premier soccer.

Favorite subject: Writing.

Favorite Movie: Billy Elliot.

Food of choice: Eggplant parmesan.
