Keep that in mind when you vote. In my opinion we should not return a single incumbent to the Board of Idiots, aka Board of Education. Unfortunately, we can’t visit that same fate on the school administration. But the first step in a housecleaning is your vote next month and a purge that begins with those standing to be reelected.

Collectively, the board has proven to be tone deaf when it comes to issues that impact all school children and taxpayers. Hopefully, we can replace the “let them eat cake” attitude with one that takes public opinion into consideration when formulating policy and negotiating wage and benefit packages.

Once we have a real Board of Education in office, then egos, private agendas, and the administration’s expectation of a rubber stamp will be things of the past.
