Constance âConnieâ P. Duquette, 60, of Millboro, Va., formerly of Newtown (1985â2002), died December 24, at her residence. She was born September 13, 1951, in Charlotte, N.C., the daughter of John W. and Barbara J. Schock Pearson.Â
She was a graduate of the University of South Carolina. Ms Duquette retired from Trans-World and American Airlines as a flight attendant. She was an active member of the Millboro Ruritan Club and the Millboro Area Rescue Squad. She was a loving wife, stepmother, and sister.
Her husband, Thomas âTomâ Duquette; a stepdaughter, Elizabeth Duquette, and husband Michael Breen; a stepson, John T. Duquette, and fiancée Merinda Morley; three siblings; six nieces and nephews; and her beloved animals survive Ms Duquette.
A celebration of her life was scheduled for 11 am, Friday, December 30, at the Millboro Presbyterian Church, in Millboro, with the Reverend John Haney officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the services in the church social hall. Interment will be private, at the Duquette family cemetery.

Arrangements are being handled by McLaughlin and Young Funeral Home in Hot Springs, Va.
