Christine Fairchild And Andy Sachs Recognized With International Diamond Society Award
Christine Fairchild of Newtown and Andy Sachs of Sandy Hook, sales associates in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Newtown, have been recognized with the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award. This honor is awarded to the top eight percent of approximately 85,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.
Ms Fairchild and Mr Sachs have been recognized with the International Diamond Society Award because of their outstanding performances in 2011, said Cathleen Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y.
With more than 22 years of experience, Ms Fairchild has been successfully meeting the needs of homebuyers and sellers in the towns of Newtown, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Bethel, Danbury, and Southbury. She is a designated broker and is #1 in sales production in the Newtown office.
Mr Sachs has been successfully serving sellers in these areas, as well, with five years of experience.
Both associates have been trained as relocation specialists and previews property specialists. Ms Fairchild and Mr Sachs are members of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and Newtown Board of Realtors.
Mr Sachs is an elected official, serving as a Police Commissioner in Newtown. He avidly supports local business growth through his Deals Around Town program that promotes, free of charge, nearly two dozen local and small businesses.
