Jonathan Mecca and Casey Novak

Thomas and Mary-Kay Novak of Sandy Hook announce the engagement of their daughter, Casey Lynn Novak, to Jonathan Leigh Mecca, son of William and Helen Mecca of Waterbury.

Casey is a graduate of Newtown High School and also of the University of Massachusetts. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in secondary education at the University of Bridgeport.

Jonathan is a graduate of Holy Cross High School in Waterbury, and also of Central Connecticut State University. He is employed as a sales manager for Pitney Bowes.

A July 2008 wedding is being planned.
