Adele Unger Joins Curtiss & Crandon

 Curtiss & Crandon Realtors has announced a new member of the real estate sales team, Adele Gianni Unger.

Ms Unger attended Newtown Public Schools and graduated in 1990.

She continued on to receive her AOS in culinary arts and a certificate in baking and pastry arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y.

She married Alan Unger, also from Newtown, and the couple relocated to New Jersey. They have a son Brandon, who is 7 years old. In 2001, the family moved back to Newtown.

Ms Unger believes her background in the hospitality industry has been indispensable to her career in real estate.

“Buying or selling a home is one of the more stressful things a person does in his or her life. I should know, I’ve moved three times in the last seven years,” Ms Unger said.

“A home is a huge investment, and a realtor’s job is to make the transaction as stress-free as possible.”

Ms Unger enjoys spending time with her family, as well as cooking, boating, and skiing. She also keeps busy volunteering at the Head O’ Meadow School, where she is PTA co-president.
