Four Charges

Police report they charged Victor Alvarado, 21, of Waterbury on a warrant on June 20, arresting him on four violations stemming from a November 2005 incident.

Police said they charged Alvarado with second-degree failure to appear in court, failure to drive in the established lane, driving while under suspension, and failure to have automotive insurance.

After processing the case, police released Alvarado on $500 bail for a July 6 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
