To the Editor:

I’d like to thank the voters of Newtown for electing me to another term on the Board of Finance. I am humbled by your trust and will pledge to work hard on your behalf during the upcoming term.  I look forward to working with Jim, Mark, Kelly, Sandy and Aaron as the board continues its important work over the coming term.

I’d like to recognize John Kortze, Joe Kearney, Harry Waterbury, Mike Portnoy and Jim Filan for their selfless service to Newtown and the talents they brought to every discussion. I’m going to miss you all and thank you for the fond memories I have from the last two years. The work was hard; it was often serious; but you always made me laugh!
