Heather Morgan and John Petty

Sandy Hook residents Heather Marie Morgan and John Dennis Petty are engaged to be married.

Heather is the daughter of Elaine and Alan Morgan of Sandy Hook. She is a 2003 graduate of Newtown High School. She later graduated from the University of Bridgeport.

She is a dental hygienist, employed by Dental Associates.

John is the son of Susan and Dennis Petty of Sandy Hook. He graduated from Newtown High School in 1999 and then attended and graduated from Western Connecticut State University. He works in the corporate relocation department for Cartus.

An October 2010 wedding is being planned.
