Mr and Mrs Eric Scott Miller

The marriage of Lisa Marie LaForte, daughter of George and Joyce LaForte, Sandy Hook, and Eric Scott Miller, son of Ron and Lynn Miller, Katonah, N.Y., took place February 26, 2005, at Anthony’s Lake Club in Danbury. The ceremony was officiated by Rev Tim Wagner.

The bride wore a dress from David’s Bridal and carried a bouquet of oceana and white roses.

Jason LaForte, Sandy Hook, brother of the bride, served as the honor attendant and Betty Wolken of Pawling, N.Y., served as bridesmaid.

The best man was Rob Fox of Goldens Bridge, N.Y.

A wedding reception in honor of the couple followed at Anthony’s Lake Club in Danbury.

Mrs Miller is a graduate of Newtown High School and Western Connecticut State University. She is employed as a cancer control associate by the American Cancer Society.

Mr Miller graduated from Somers High School and Motorcycle Mechanics Institute. He is employed as a mechanic with Argento and Sons.

After a wedding trip to Sandals Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple is at home in Goldens Bridge, N.Y.
