Save Your Sanity By Saving Records Sensibly

SOUTHBURY — Are you forever looking for important papers or documents that you cannot find when you need them? Are you drowning in paper or neglecting to keep important records?

Bad file-keeping can be more than time-wasting, frustrating. and occasionally embarrassing. It can harmful to your physical and financial health.

The Jewish Federation of Western Connecticut, 444 Main Street North, is hosting a presentation that may help. On Thursday, November 1, at 1:30 pm, Eric Freedman of the Western Connecticut Area Agency on Aging will give a talk titled “Win the Paper Chase: Save Your Sanity by Saving Your Records Sensibly.”

He will also distribute materials designed to help you become more organized.
