Snow Violation
Motorist Anna Maria Zamfino-Kroesen, 48, of 8 Saddle Ridge Road was seen driving a vehicle southward on Main Street with a significant accumulation of snow on the vehicleâs roof at about 1 pm December 29, so police stopped her to investigate on Sugar Street, near Elm Drive, according to police.
Police said they charged her with failure to secure a load and also with driving with a suspended license. She was released on a written promise to appear in court on January 11, police said.
Burglaries
Police said they are investigating two burglaries that occurred at a business at Rocky Glen Mill at 75 Glen Road.
The first burglary occurred either late on January 2 or early on January 3. The second burglary occurred either late on late January 3 or early on January 4, according to police.

Vehicular Violations
Police report that they stopped motorist Richard Pagano, 49, of 113 Huntingtown Road at about 9:30 am on January 4 near 5 Main Street to investigate.
Police said they charged Pagano with driving with a suspended vehicle registration and with failure to have automotive insurance.
Pagano was released on a written promise to appear on January 19 in Danbury Superior Court.
Rear-Ender
Motorist Joann Murray, 49, of 11 Trout Brook Circle, who was driving a 2009 Mini-Cooper southward near 98 South Main Street about noon on January 3, stopped for traffic conditions, after which the Mini-Cooper was struck from behind by a southbound 2008 Honda sedan driven by Frank DeSantis, 68, of 41 Dodgingtown Road, police report.
There were no injuries. DeSantis received an infraction for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart, police said.
