Kaya Maria Lawson

A daughter, Kaya Maria Lawson, was born to Kris and Tami Lawson of Golden, Colo., April 5, in Lafayette, Colo.

Kaya weighed nine pounds, one ounce and was 20¼ inches in length.

Maternal grandparents are Jack and Penny Tanner of Newtown.

Carol Lawson of Newtown is the paternal grandmother.

Maternal great-grandmother is Jeanette Bradburn of Sarasota, Fla.
