Frances Spinelli

Frances Pogorzelski Spinelli, 94, of Trumbull, a retired inspector for Remington Rand, died August 3. Born in Yonkers, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Adam and Veronica Zajkowski Pogorzelski.

She was the widow of Samuel V. Spinelli. Survivors include a son, Frank Spinelli of Trumbull; a sister, Helen Urban of Newtown; two grandsons, Ronald Spinelli and Sam Spinelli and his wife, Michele; two great-grandsons, Joel Matthew and Tyler Jacob; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by four brothers, Peter, Michael, Adam, and John Pogorzelski; and three sisters, Clara Soracco, Anna Pogorzelski, and Genevieve Pogorzelski.

Funeral services took place August 6 at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and in St Theresa Church, Trumbull, for a Mass of Christian Burial.

Interment was in St Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
