Bus Driver Thanked

To the Editor:

I would like to thank our bus drivers, one in particular Mr. John Cash bus number 12.

 It takes a village to raise our children or a town such as Newtown.  Every person in town affects and influences our child’s life. 

The parents, the teachers, (who please remember work many long hours after our children have left the school,) the after school program instructors, the older children, and the town people in general. I feel safe that Mr. Cash is driving my children back and forth to school.  He is always kind, courteous and friendly.  The children look up to him and value his opinion. It is a comfort to know that my children are starting and ending their school day with a pleasant experience.  Remember children learn from every action they see be it a good one or a negative one.

 So Mr Cash, I know I speak for myself, as well as, other parents thank you for being you and taking care of our children.
