Alison Kaye Bernstein and Jeremy Joseph Cordova were married May 31 at the Candlewood Inn, Brookfield, with the Rev Terry Pfeiffer officiating.
A reception at Candlewood Inn followed the ceremony.
The brideâs parents are Jeffrey and Karla Bernstein of Brushy Hill Road, Newtown, and the groomâs parents are Andrew and Sharon Cordova of Capitol Drive, Sandy Hook.
The bride was given away in marriage by her father, Jeffrey Bernstein.
The bride wore an A-line, halter-top, silk organza wedding gown with a beaded bodice, and she carried a bouquet of stephanotis, ivory and peach roses, and white ranunculus.
Maid of honor was Elizabeth Bernstein of Norwalk.
Bridesmaids were Sara McQuilkin of Raleigh, N.C., Lia Donahue of Milford, Jaime Schiro of Hoboken, N.J., Michelle Resh of San Diego, Calif., and Kim Manucci of Newark, Del.
The brideâs attendants wore desert blue, A-line dresses with spaghetti straps, low-cut back, and a slit up one side. They carried bouquets of blue hydrangea, ivory and white roses, and blue delphinium.
Best man was David Cordova of Southbury.
Ushers were Craig Doersch of Sandy Hook, Matthew Brimmer of Naugatuck, Joseph Holub of Newtown, Joseph Mulcahy of Naugatuck, and Alec Bernstein of Westport.
Flower girl was Melanie Sivo of Brookfield.
The bride attended Newtown High School and the University of Delaware.
She is a conference service manager with the Stamford Marriott.
The groom attended Newtown High School and Southern Connecticut State University. He is employed by Middlesex Hospital as a clinical trials coordinator.
The couple took a wedding trip to Majorca, Spain, and a Mediterranean cruise to Italy, France, and Spain.
They are residing at their home in Sandy Hook.
