Donna Moschella and Lawrence Isler

An August wedding is being planned by Donna Maria Moschella and Lawrence Jacques Isler, both of Huguenot, N.Y.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Joanne Gentile Kane and the stepdaughter of Paul F. Kane, who have announced the engagement. The future bridegroom is the son of Eileen Carmody of Newtown and Lawrence Isler of Waterbury.

Miss Moschella is a graduate of St Joseph Hill Academy, Arrochar. She earned a bachelor of science degree, magna cum laude, in education and mathematics from the State University of New York at New Paltz, where she was named to the dean’s list, and a master’s degree, with high honors, in special education from the College of Staten Island, where she was named to the dean’s list. She is a special education teacher at the Richard H. Hungerford School, Staten Island (Clifton), N.Y

Mr Isler is a graduate of Newtown High School. He earned a bachelor of science degree, magna cum laude, in liberal arts and education from the College of Staten Island, where he was named to the dean’s list, and a master’s degree in special education and child psychology from Touro College, Manhattan.

He is the program coordinator of Staten Island Partnering Autistic Citizens Program with Heartshare Human Services of New York in Eltingville.
