‘LAZY DAYS OF SUMMER’ ON VIEW AT NORTHERN EXPOSURE IN KENT, CONN.

avv/gs set 6-25 #704308

KENT, CONN. — The Northern Exposure Photographic Gallery, an association of exhibiting photographers based in Connecticut’s Northwest Hills, is mounting its new show and sale, “Lazy Days of Summer,” on view through Labor Day weekend. An opening reception will be Saturday, July 7, 4 to 7 pm.

Northern Exposure Gallery officially opened its doors last December 30, welcoming photographers Melissa Cherniske, Kathy Mathew, Lazlo Gyorsok, Martha Scoville Fetherolf Loutfi, Robin Raderman, Abby Ripley, Bernard Matus, Brad and Karin Smith, Jim Stasiak and Brian Wilcox. Each has a diverse background in the art of photographic imaging.

The gallery has offered monthly, juried exhibitions of fine art photography by its own association of photographers and by outside photographers as well. The gallery’s stated mission is to encourage photographers to learn from each other by submitting their works for adjudication and exhibition.

The Northern Exposure Gallery is at the Kent Town Center, Northern Building, 27 North Main Street, Second Floor. For information, 860-927-3319.
