Programs Present Unity In Diversity

Corpus Christi Faith Community will present “Unity In Diversity” with host, the Rev Leo McIlrath, and special guest, the Rev Linda Hansen, on Charter Cable Television, Channel 21 on August 16 and 18.

A Newtown resident, Rev Hansen is the pastor of the Unitarian-Universalist Church in Danbury.

On August 23 and 25, Rev McIlrath will host the Rev Peter Karloutsos of Assumption Greek Orthodox Church. On August 30 and September 1, the Rev Kendall Pallodino, director of bereavement and spiritual services for Regional Hospice of Western Connecticut, will be the guest.

Each week programs will be aired at noon on Mondays and at 5:30 pm on Wednesdays. Guests will present a history of each specific tradition, creedal formulae and liturgical rites, special celebrations and community action initiatives.
