Governor Dannel P. Malloy is directing flags in Connecticut to return to full-staff at sunset today, Thursday, November 20.

Flags have been flying at half-staff in honor of Judge John T. Downey, who died early Monday.

A wake was scheduled at Wallingford Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 19. A 10 am Mass was planned for Thursday at Most Holy Trinity Church, also in Wallingford.

He will be laid to rest on Thursday in Wallingford, according to the governor’s office.
