Correction

The photo that ran with last week’s Way We Were, as pointed out by longtime resident Doris Dickinson, is not the Parker House, but rather Blackman’s Guest House, circa 1954. Blackman’s served tourists to the area for many years, until it was torn down in the 1980s. The building was located on Church Hill Road near the intersection with Queen Street.
