Frizzell Elected Chairman Of Union Savings Bank
DANBURY â Charles F. Frosch, president and CEO of Union Savings Bank, announced the election of Thomas A. Frizzell as chairman of the Board of Trustees of Union Savings Bank. Mr Frizzell succeeds Richard L. Sturdevant of Newtown, who retired from the Board of Trustees on March 31 after serving 21 years, the last three as chairman.
In commenting on Mr Frizzellâs election as chairman Mr Frosch said, âI look forward to Tomâs leadership in helping us to manage the future direction of the bank.â
Mr Frizzell, a Danbury resident, first joined the bank as a corporator in 1974, was named a trustee of the board in 1984 and in recent years served as vice chairman of the board. He is an attorney with the Danbury firm Driscoll, Talarico, Frizzell, Olivio & Driscoll.
Mr Frizzell receive a BBA and JD from St Johnâs University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut and Danbury Bar Associations. He is involved in many civic and community organizations.
