What woman do you admire the most? Asked at the Lead Out Loud symposium held last week at Newtown High School.

Stacy Broughton: “I admire my mom, Cindi, because she does everything.”

Kelly Tenney: “I admire my mom, Pat. I feel like I can talk to her about anything and she’s already been through a lot so she knows.”

Jordyn Good: “My mom. She is a successful CFO of her company.”

Janis Hadley: “Clearly Coretta Scott King. She was as much of a civil rights activist as her husband. She found her own voice and was able to achieve balance as a role model for her family.”

Jessica Wolff: “My mom because she is very relaxed with me and I enjoy being around her. She is not like the moms I hear my friends complain about. I also have an older friend, Heather, who has been a spiritual leader to me.”

Gail Wolff: “I would have to say my mother. The type of person that she was and all that she achieved and also for the role model she provided for me.”
