Adopt From The Animal Center
The following cats and dogs are among those available for adoption from The Animal Center:
FRANNIE has a non-stop motor that runs when you pet her. She was born outside to a community cat and brought into the rescue program when she was 7 weeks old. She was confused at first why humans were being so nice to her, but she quickly figured out weâre not all that bad. Frannie wants more than anything to find a loving home that will help her blossom into the kitty she was born to be. Frannie is spayed, healthy, and current on vaccines.
PIPER is a super friendly, playful and affectionate brown tabby kitten. She is approximately 10 weeks old, spayed, and current on vaccines.
BRUNO is a very loving, playful 9 week old kitten who adores everyone he meets. He would transition easily to a new home environment. He is neutered and current on vaccines.
BABY AUTUMN (she was adopted but returned to The Animal Center) was as born to a community cat in Southbury. Fortunately for her, she was scooped up by a caring neighbor before it got too cold out. Baby Autumn is so happy to be warm, safe, and rescued. She is spayed and current on vaccines.
PUMPKIN is a friendly, playful, and fun 12 week old orange tabby. Pumpkin is neutered and current on vaccines.
NEWTON is an incredibly affectionate, gentle and loving 5 month old kitten. He was âdumpedâ at a farm in Sandy Hook last week. Fortunately for Newton, he was spotted right away by the property owners and did not have to fend for himself for very long. Newton is so happy to be warm and rescued, and is hoping to find a home to call own this holiday. He is neutered and current on vaccines.Â
NOAH is a very sweet and friendly 1 year old male smooth-coated border collie who loves to play. He has a goofy persona and just loves everything. Noah is neutered and current on vaccines.
VERA is a female collie mix, about 4 months old, who is as precious as they come. She is a tad bit shy but is coming around beautifully, and loves her brother. She is spayed and current on vaccines.
BRADLEY is a very sweet boy with beautiful markings. He is a tad bit shy is coming around nicely. He is about 4 months old and also as precious as they come. Bradley deserves a home of his very own and will be a wonderful companion and friend.
CLEOÂ is a stunning 2 year old female great dane greyhound mix. She is fantastic on a leash, loves to play fetch, adores car rides, is fully house trained, and knows basic commands. She would do just fine in a home with children and warms up quickly to other dogs. She doesnât particularly care for cats. She is up to date on vaccines.
Good news: George, Bear, Shadow, and Sammy have been adopted.
