Thomas and Emily Snayd purchased 46 Flat Swamp Road from William and Tracy Holman.

Pat MacInnis and Loretta O’Malley of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty listed the property, which was sold by Connie Widman of Prudential Connecticut Realty.
