To the Editor:

The proposed 74-unit condominium project on Washington Street in Sandy Hook is much too large for our village.

The traffic congestion that already exists at the intersection of Washington Street, Riverside Road, Church Hill Road, and Glen Road will only dramatically increase if such a large and unsightly development is approved.

Please attend the P&Z meeting on Thursday, August 6, at 7:30 pm, to voice your disapproval of this project. This will be your only chance to voice your opinion.
