JUNIOR BOYS

 

WARRIORS 29, KNICKS 25: Christian Power scored 14 points as the Warriors nipped the Knicks. Jeff Levasseur dished off eight assists while Mike Reid and Sean Reilly played well. For the Knicks, Matt Millar had 11 points and Matt Myslewski pulled down 12 rebounds. Scott Shpunt chipped in with six points.

RAPTORS 31, PACERS 29: David Modzelewski had nine points and Adam Pennarola grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the Raptors past the Pacers. Jon Lambo had eight assists and Carl Berquist made off with eight steals. For the Pacers, Mike LaPerch scored 14 points and Chris Socci had a solid game.

GRIZZLIES 51, HORNETS 30: John Kostecki scored 16 points and Joe DeFeo had 12 boards to carry the Grizzlies past the Hornets. Josh Goldberg chipped in with six points. For the Hornets, Ryan Davies had nine points, Will Fields had eight rebounds, and Steven Philips and Dylan Borst had good games.

LAKERS 35, CELTICS 16: Kaye scored 13 points and Kirch dished off 10 assists to lead the Lakers over the Celtics. Luzzi and Feldman had good games. For the Celtics, John Lewis scored 10 points while Doug Bonjour, Chris Yitts and Besmir Behluli all played well.

HUSKIES 40, HEAT 35: Matt DeLuca scored 20 points and Danny Cascone had 12 rebounds to lead the Huskies past the Heat. Adam Miller chipped in with 10 points and Sean Canfield played well on defense. For the Heat, Pat McCarthy had 16 points while Jesse McGowan had eight rebounds. Morgan Renolds, Byron McSweeney and Vinny Guilfoil all played well.

JUNIOR GIRLS

 

BULLS 20, CELTICS 11: Amy Fazekas scored eight points and Amanda Shevlin canned her first basket to lead the Bulls over the Celtics. Jessica Gaboriault had nine rebounds and three steals while Candice Harrington and Kim Parilla paced the defense. For the Celtics, Melissa Russell, Sara Blomberg, Kate Sciarretto and Kate Stickles all put forth a fine effort.

YELLOW SUBMARINES 32, PACERS 25: Caitlyn Williams scored 10 points while Alexander Roy, Christie Daniels and Sarah Champagne all played well to lead the Subs over the Pacers. For the Pacers, Lisa Morgan scored 10 points while April Scheuerell, Lauren Cascia and Jaclyn Morrissey had solid games.

HORNETS 24, NIGHTHAWKS 13: Kelly Collier scored 10 points as the Hornets stung the Nighthawks. Liz O’Connell, Sam Barry and Kaitlyn DiVanno had solid games. For the ‘Hawks, Christina Wolf scored six points while Mary Anders, Heather Snow and Katie Fullman played well.

HUSKIES 32, LAKERS 19: Kaitlyn Fenton scored 14 points and Sarah Kaechele grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the Huskies over the Lakers. Kaltrina Behluli dished off five assists and Jessica Palermo had four steals. For the Lakers, Caitlin Weber and Karoline Engel led a late fourth-quarter comeback with strong defense while Lauren Grimaldi and Jennifer Kessler played well under the boards.

INTERMEDIATE BOYS

 

NETS 34, HEAT 29: David McLaughlin scored 12 points and Ben Gersten grabbed eight rebounds to lead the Nets over the Heat. Scott Kohn and Mike Barbour also had good games, with Barbour making eight steals. For the Heat, Carey Olsen and Tim Kerr combined for 22 points. Brendan Kelly and Will Mosely played strong all-around games.

JAZZ 26, HUSKIES 18: A key basket by Chuck Haberkorn off an inbounds pass from Michael Fratteroli provided enough impetus to lead the Jazz over the Huskies. For the Huskies, James Wiedemann and Greg Cherneck had eight points and six rebounds apiece while George Martens made four steals.

BULLS 36, WILDCATS 26: Chris Plavnicky scored 10 points to lead the Bulls to the win. Gary Andrews, Dan Murdoch and Max Read all had solid games. For the Wildcats, Jake Putnicki had eight points while Scott Whalley and Nathan Basch-Gould had fine performances.

HORNETS 27, NIGHTHAWKS 23: Stephen Kean scored 10 points and Michael Klabowicz had eight rebounds as the Hornets nipped the Nighthawks. Michael Miller and Nick Sofos had good games. For the ‘Hawks, Steve Vichiola had 11 points while Scudder Baggett made seven steals and Noah Kugielsky had four rebounds.

PACERS 26, CELTICS 19: Stephen Marks canned 14 points to lead the Pacers over the Celtics. Brian Miller chipped in with four points while Nick Szabo and Brian Fazekas had good defensive games. For the Celtics, Alister Ratcliff, Farrett Hydeck and Zach Schwartz all had good games.

KNICKS 28, LAKERS 22: Justin Miller scored 10 points and had three assists to lead the Knicks over the Lakers. Shane McCarthy and Steve Bowers displayed strong defensive skills. For the Lakers, Andrew Chimileski, Brian Ellis, Bill Manville and Chris Elias played well.

ROCKETS 20, LAKERS 16: Diana Grimaldi scored 10 points and Rachel Eastman had six points and five assists to lead the Rockets over the Lakers. Kelly Ann Murphy, Ali Swink and Katie Mantz had great defensive games. For the Lakers, Becky Samson, Katie Rose McNulty, Erica Vacaro and Maggie Thoreson all had solid games.

SUNS 31, SPURS 14: Vicki Thomas scored 12 points to lead the Suns over the Spurs. Moira Collier had an important basket to go along with five steals while Rachel Nicolosi, Danielle Nicolosi, Jamie Marcucilli and Carly Filler all played well on defense.

CELTICS 21, PACERS 13: Amy Kelley scored 12 points to lead the Celtics over the Pacers. Casey Frobey had four assists as Ali Legros, Julie Landin and Valerie Nezvesky led a good, tight defense. For the Pacers, Daria Maruschak and Amanda Chontos both played well.

KNICKS 30, BULLS 15: Maria Cinquegrana scored 20 points and pulled down 21 rebounds in an amazing double-double performance that lifted the Knicks over the Bulls. Michelle Steuer and Amy Rosentel both played well. For the Bulls, Mary Grace Ober, Emily Fields, Laura Kronkos and Ellen Reid had good games.

MIDGET GIRLS

 

XPLOSION versus BLIZZARD: Samantha Ross, Rachelle Cox, Jordyn Good, Marcie Kimball and Katie Serock all had good games for the Xplosion while Betsey Vendel led the Blizzard with a buzzer beater and Jenny O’Connell canned a three-pointer. Emily Weber and Keegan Frobey also played well.

RAGE versus REIGN: Jessica Ianucci, Kim Nezvesky and Alyssa DeSimone all played well for the Rage while Maggie Morrisey, Diana Curcurto and Megan Brestovansky led the Reign.

STARS versus LASERS: Katie Kirrane, Kelly Lindell and Carly Doherty led the Stars as Megan Trosan, Katie Schmidt and Morgan Knees powered the Lasers.

MIDGET BOYS

 

CELTICS versus HEAT: Kurt Nacewicz, Kevin Walsh and Curtis Liska led the Celtics while Joey Cervino, Chris Hogan and Dan DeLaVega led the Heat.

HUSKIES versus KNICKS: Anthony Fiore, Pat Stein, Ben Morehouse and Ryan Birch led the Huskies while Peter Walsh, Ian McEmber, Derek Mayo and Stephen Oberstadt led the Knicks.

JAZZ versus 76ERS: Ian Guilfoil, Ryan Diluffo, Tyler Hawkins and Bobby Lapple led the Jazz while Ian Cooper, Garrett Uhde, Joey Knapak and David Bray powered the 76ers.

HORNETS versus LAKERS: Zach Ouellette, Conor Collier and Daniel Burns played well for the Hornets while Brendan O’Connell, Chris Salvatore and Danny Lawrence led the Lakers.

KINGS versus NETS: Dan Cassidy, Remi McDonough, Sam Miller and Dan Spencer played well for the Kings.

BULLS versus PACERS: Cody Cullens, Thaddeus and Tyler Adams, and Zack List all led the Bulls as Peter Griffiths, John Grimaldi, Peter Young and Harrison Gillis had good games for the Pacers.
