Linda Tuscano, 66, of Bomoseen, Vt., beloved wife of James Tuscano, died March 26 at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Born in Mount Vernon, N.Y., on February 26, 1950, she was a daughter of Aida and Gaetano DeFeo.

In addition to her husband of 43 years, her sister Aida Keirnan, and husband Edward, of Newtown; her loving son Matthew Tuscano of Bomoseen; her parents; and five brothers and spouses, Carmine and Mary DeFeo of Trumbull, Michael and Ginny DeFeo of Trumbull, John and Melissa DeFeo of Berlin, Guy and Karlin DeFeo of Kennebunk, Maine, and Raymond and Dawn DeFeo of Mansfield; and 22 nieces and nephews survive Ms Tuscano. A son, Jason Tuscano, predeceased her in 2001.

Ms Tuscano was a graduate of Trumbull High School and went on to receive her bachelor of science in education from Southern Connecticut State University and a master's degree from Beaver College, Wyncote, Penn.

Her 30-year career included Barstow School, Otter Valley, Poultney, and Proctor High Schools.

A funeral service will take place at St Catherine of Siena Church, 220 Shelton Road in Trumbull, Saturday, April 16, at 11 am.
