Fran Guerin, 81 of Port St Lucie West, Fla., previously of Stratford, died peacefully, surrounded by family, February 17.

Her devoted husband of 59 years, John Guerin, Sr; brother Robert Pelikan, and wife Jenne, of Sandy Hook; sister Annemarie King, and husband Robert, of Crystal River, Fla.; children and spouses John and Elizabeth Guerin of Hamden, Michael and Gabriele Guerin of Chicopee, Mass., and Colleen and Peter Stadalnik of Hamden; grandchildren Michele and Krista Guerin, Kelsey and Melissa Guerin, and Kristen, Lauren, and Colin Stadalnik; and many nieces, nephews, and close friends survive Mrs Guerin. A son, Thomas Guerin, predeceased her.

She was devoted to God and her family, and lived a beautiful, blessed life. Her love of casinos, travel, playing mahjong, and spending time with family and friends kept her young. Mrs Guerin will be missed by all who knew and loved her. "Set 'em up, Joe!"

A memorial service to celebrate her life will take place in Connecticut at a date to be announced.
