Rose Petruzzo Marinaccio

Rose Petruzzo Marinaccio, 88, of Trumbull, beloved wife of the late Frank D. Marinaccio, died peacefully at home February 15, surrounded by her family. Born in Calabria, Italy, on April 17, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Raffaelina (Perricolo) and Vito Petruzzo.www.stjude.org.www.abriola.com.

Survivors include two loving children, a daughter, Barbara Pisacreta, and her husband Bill, of Newtown and a son, Philip V. Marinaccio, and his wife Renee, of Milford; and four cherished grandchildren, Philip A. Marinaccio, and his wife Michelle, Jenna Rose Ligouri, and her husband Antonio, Joseph Frank Pisacreta, and Gina Marie Pisacreta; her sister, Emma DeEsso of Larchmont, N.Y.; as well as several nieces and nephews. Her brothers, William and Joseph Petruzzo, predeceased her.

Mrs Marinaccio was very dedicated to her family and showed her love to her family through her cooking. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

The family would like to extend their heart-felt thank you to their Aunt Lucille DePeano for her exceptional care and devotion to Rose and her family.

Friends are invited to meet directly in St Theresa Church, 5301 Main Street, Trumbull, Thursday, February 18, at 10:30 am, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Long Hill Burial Grounds, Trumbull. Friends and family may call on Wednesday, February 17, from 4 to 8 pm, at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
