Daniel James Cioffoletti, 83, of Hernando, Fla., died February 13, at Hospice of Citrus & The Nature Coast in Lecanto, Fla. He was born in New Rochelle, N.Y., and was a son to the late Daniel L. and Frances (DeFrancesco) Cioffoletti.

Mr Cioffoletti came to the Hernando area in 2004 from Newtown.

He served the country in the US Army, and retired from A.G. Edwards Financial Company as a stockbroker with 39 years of service.

His wife of 59 years, Nancy (Maduras) Cioffoletti; four daughters, Nancy Cameros of Newtown, Francene Albert of Las Vegas, Nev., Marlene Cioffoletti of Southbury, and Daniele Maguire of Wap-pingers Falls, N.Y.; two sons, Robert Cioffoletti of Danbury and Michael Cioffoletti of Morganton, N.C.; and 13 grandchildren survive Mr Cioffoletti. His daughter, Darlene Casagrande, preceded him in death. He will be deeply missed by his family.

Private cremation arrangements are under the direction of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inver-ness, Fla.
