Margaret E. Provost, 93, of Milford, died October 29 in her home. She was born on February 13, 1920, to William and Mary Beards Pouliotte, in Bridgeport.

A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she is survived by her children and their spouses, Wayne and Lauren Provost of Newtown, William and Margaret Provost of Florida, and Mary and Joseph Simone of North Haven; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her loving husband Russell Provost and two grandchildren.

Before retiring, she was employed as a secretary for US Motors.

Calling hours are Sunday, November 3, from 1 to 2 pm, with a funeral service at 2 pm at Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 North Broad Street, Milford. Interment will be private.
