A Party For The Animals
Katie Cummings, 8, standing in the back with Newtown Canine Control officer Pat Anzellotti, recently had a birthday party and instead of having her friends bring her presents, she asked them to bring donations for the Newtown Pound. More than 30 children â who went to see The Emperorâs New Groove â donated $160 as well as loads of dog food, snacks, and chew toys for the animals who have to spend time at the pound. Helping bring all the stuff to the pound were Katieâs brothers, Ian and Danny Hripack.
