Kelly (Germain) Patti, 44, of Newtown died at home March 18, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Daniel Patti. Born January 22, 1971, in Yonkers, N.Y., she was the daughter of Catherine (Bailey) Keenan and the late Stanley Germain. 

She was a 1989 graduate of New Fairfield High School, received her BA from the University of Connecticut, and her master’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University. She worked for many years as a marriage and family therapist.

In addition to her husband, her stepfather, Pat Keenan of Southbury; her brother Brent Germain and his wife Laura of Glastonbury; her two daughters; three nieces; and a nephew survive Ms Patti.

Funeral services will take place Saturday, March 21, at 10 am, at Walnut Hill Community Church, 156 Walnut Hill Road, Bethel. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery in Bethel. Friends may call at Walnut Hill Community Church, Friday, March 20, from 3 to 5 pm,  and 6 to 9 pm.
