Lucy Rosemary Petrino, 87, of Newtown, died peacefully on November 23, at Masonicare at Newtown. She was born in Bridgeport on January 24, 1930.

Her daughter, Luane Koehn of Monroe; son, Richard Blake of Jacksonville, Fla.; granddaughter, Gina Marie Blake of Long Beach, Calif.; and two loving cousins, survive her.

Her father, Daniel J. Petrino; mother, Carmella Petrino Raffio; and sisters, Angela Petrino and Phillis Petrino Boland, predeceased her.

A graveside service took place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull, on November 27.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Connecticut Humane Society, 701 Russell Road, Newington Connecticut 06111.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Masonicare for the loving care they provided to their mother during the last eight months.
