Joseph A. “Joe”  Patti, 80, of Monroe, beloved husband of Yolanda Elizabeth Truini Patti, died March 24 in St Vincent’s Medical Center, Bridgeport. Born in the Bronx, N.Y., February 20, 1934, he was the only son of the late Ann V. and Michael Patti.

In addition to his beloved wife of 56 years, two daughters, Eve Stowell, and her husband Mark, of Newtown and Paula Naples, and her husband David, of Shelton; his sister Toni Fricke and his dear friend and brother-in-law Greg Fricke of New York City; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends survive Mr Patti.

A US Army veteran, and an avid fan of the New York Yankees, Mr Patti worked for the City of Bridgeport for many years.

He was a proud family man and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will be dearly and deeply missed by all who knew him.

Friends may visit Wednesday, March 26, from 2 to 6 pm, at the Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, with a funeral service being held at 5:30 pm. Interment will be private.
