Richard James Selleck, 65, of Bethel died March 26, at Danbury Hospital. He was the husband of Donna (Clark) Selleck. He was born in Norwalk, on July 31, 1952, and was the son of Alice (Wenzel) Selleck of Newtown and the late Harry J. Selleck.

Mr Selleck worked at Regency Limousine for more than 20 years as a driver and more recently as a dispatcher. He was a lifelong New York Mets fan.

In addition to his wife of 43 years, and his mother, his son, Jason Selleck of Danbury; daughter, Jillian Selleck of Torrington; brother, Dave Selleck of Newtown; and four grandchildren survive him.

In addition to his father, his brother Gary Selleck and sister Barbara Ann Selleck predeceased him.

The family will receive friends at the Bethel Funeral Home, 215 Greenwood Avenue, Bethel, on Saturday, March 31, from 2 to 4 pm. Cremation will be at the convenience of the family.
