The annual Holiday Book & Gift Sale, presented by the Friends of the C.H. Booth Library (Friends), welcomed large crowds of shoppers on December 1 and 2.

Tables set up in the C.H. Booth Library’s Meeting Room were filled with new and like-new books for all ages as well as seasonal and non-seasonal gift items, including DVDs, CDs, and puzzles.

The event draws people from all over Connecticut who are looking for stocking stuffers and fun gifts at affordable prices.

Friends’ Chair Denise Kaiser said local businesses “have been so kind” in their support of the 2018 Holiday Book & Gift Sale.

Local businesses that donated this year included Avance European Skin Care & Day Spa, BD Provisions, Big Y, Butcher’s Best, Charmios, Dr George Dental Associates of Connecticut, Fairfield Auctions, Hollandia, Klickers Hair Studio, The Learning Experience, Nails & Beyond, Old Well Antiques in Norwalk, and UK Gourmet.

All proceeds raised from the Friends’ Holiday Book & Gift Sale benefit the C.H. Booth Library.
