Stephen J Collins, formerly of Sandy Hook, and Carolyn Kleppe announce the birth of their son, William Hayes Collins.

William was born February 16 at 7:29 am at Northwestern University Memorial Hospital, Chicago, Ill. He weighed 9 pounds, 7 ounces. William joins a brother, Quinn, and a sister, Audrey, both 3 years old.

The family resides in Chicago, Ill.
