The Pink Panthers showed up strong for their first doubleheader of the season on Saturday. Their defense was swarming and they did a great job of hustling overall. At one point many of the girls on the bench were saying, “Where’s a swimming pool when you need one?” They were definitely on fire! They executed well on their offensive strategy, scoring multiple baskets, and even got some good rebounds this week! Their coaches and parents are extremely proud of their individual progress and the way they have come together as a team. While they all want to work hard and play hard and win some games, they also know that it is just as important to be a good sport, never give up, and keep a positive attitude. The Pink panthers will be back in action next week — watch out as they continue to be on the prowl.
