Residents Sought To Serve

First Selectman Pat Llodra is seeking residents interested in serving on several local boards and commissions. The current openings include:

*Commission on Aging has an open position open to any registered voter.

*Sustainable Energy has a vacancy for a Democrat or Unaffiliated Voter and an open position to a Republican, Unaffiliated or Independent voter.

*Public Building & Site Commission has a vacant alternate position for a Republican or Unaffiliated voter.

*Hattertown Historic District: has two open positions open to any party affiliation for an alternate and a full board member position. There is also a vacant position for a Democrat or Unaffiliated voter.

*Board of Ethics: has a position for an alternate member open to a Republican, Unaffiliated or Independent voter.

*Building Board of Appeals: has had three long-term openings open to any party affiliation.

*Conservation Commission: has an open position available to any registered voter.

*Cultural Arts: has one open position available to any registered voter.
