Marguerite "Marge" Hornak Skuba, 94, of DeBary, Fla., beloved wife of the late Nicholas Skuba, died July 27 in her home. She was born in Bridgeport on July 13, 1923, daughter of the late Anna (Churma) and Adam Hornak, and had been a lifelong area resident.

Her devoted children, Robert Skuba and his wife Diane of Newtown and Marguerite Ruot of Florida; seven grandchildren, Jeff Kornhaas, Gary Richard Ruot and wife Jennifer, Margie Gunn and husband Bob, Robert Skuba, Jr, Diane Skuba, Alan John Lukachina, and Linda Sisk; five great-grandchildren; and her loving nieces and nephews survive her.

In addition to her beloved husband and parents, her son Nicholas Adam Skuba; daughter MaryBeth Donohue; grandson Adam James Luckachina; and a son-in-law Gary Ruot predeceased her.

Mrs Skuba was a retired legal secretary for the Law Offices of Attorney Edward Behuncik, and had previously worked for the household of Herman Isaacs.

Friends may call on Friday, August 4, from 9:30 to 10:30 am, at the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford. A funeral services will follow at 10:30 am in the funeral home, and at 11 am in St John's Byzantine Catholic Church, 100 St John's Drive, Trumbull, for a Divine Liturgy with Office of Christian Burial. Interment will be in St John's Cemetery, Stratford.
