at the Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street, Newtown CT 06470:

, for a

property located at 115 Mount Pleasant Road, Newtown, for a Variance

of the Zoning Regulations of the Town of Newtown §7.02.100,

Chart VII-1, so as to allow the extension of the foundation wall 3

feet out on the North and West side of the approved footprint on

March 2024, as shown on a set of plans titled “Zoning Location

Survey prepared for Muslim Society of Greater Danbury, 113 & 115

Mt. Pleasant Road, Newtown, CT”, dated December 7, 2023,

Revised October 23, 2024 and all supporting documents submitted to

the Land Use

Agency October 25, 2024.

Land Use Agency, Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street,

Newtown, Connecticut.
