To The Editor:

Mitch Bolinsky is a true Representative for all Newtown residents, not just those who vote for him. Mitch understands the difficulties that many in Newtown bear. He understands the hopes that many hold dear. He understands because he takes care to talk with any and every citizen who reaches out with concerns, suggestions, or opinions. How he works also sets him apart. He knows it takes diverse perspectives to create good laws. He engages with other legislators, regardless of party or District, to cooperatively craft legislation.

His list of accomplishments resulting from listening to us and collaborating with his colleagues is long, including enacted legislation supporting seniors and those with physical or educational challenges as well as additional efforts to pass legislation that would make our State more affordable and responsive to all Connecticut citizens.

We need more people like Mitch in our State government, not fewer. Please join me in voting for him to represent us for another two years.
