To The Editor:

Advocating for democracy requires bravery. It demands the fortitude to challenge candidates deemed unsuitable for public office due to legal or ethical concerns. It necessitates the resolve to confront powerful interest groups. These are the attributes that, unfortunately, our current representatives, Tony Hwang and Mitch Bonlinsky, appear to lack.

This is the reason we need to support the election of Michelle Embree Ku, Rob Blanchard, and Aaron Zimmer to represent us in Hartford. They are the trio who will not only resist undue influence from special interest groups but will also champion our causes, amplify our voices in the state capital, and guarantee the tranquility and well-being of every resident of Newtown.

Will you join me in voting for Michelle, Rob and Aaron on November 5th?
