I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend my husband, David Landau, as an outstanding candidate for the Planning and Zoning Board in Newtown. I can personally attest to David’s unwavering dedication to community development, his profound grasp of suburban planning principles, and his remarkable ability to communicate effectively and collaborate effectively. I’ve had the privilege of observing his contributions over the past 30 years.

David, a local Realtor and business owner, has been actively involved in local affairs, regularly attending town meetings, and actively participating in various community organizations. Currently, he generously volunteers his time with both the Newtown Lions Club and The Newtown Board of Realtors. This strong sense of civic responsibility has provided him with a deep and intimate understanding of the needs and aspirations of our community.

Furthermore, David is renowned for his attention to detail and his proficiency at thoroughly evaluating the pros and cons of various planning and zoning proposals. This expertise is evident in his role as a dedicated member of the Zoning Board of Appeals. His decision-making process is consistently rooted in data, industry best practices, and a profound commitment to the long-term well-being of our community.
