To the Editor:

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the tremendous honor of being nominated as the candidate for the office of First Selectman of Newtown at the Republican Caucus last Tuesday evening.

I am deeply grateful for the trust and confidence my fellow Republicans have expressed in me through their votes.

As we move forward, I am fully committed to spending the months leading up to the election communicating how I will represent the best interests of everyone in our town. I will prioritize the issues that matter most to our community and seek solutions to bring about positive and lasting impacts.

Thank you, Newtown Republicans, for entrusting me with this responsibility. I am committed to continuing my service to Newtown with integrity and dedication. I will always put Newtown first, and I look forward to the opportunity to work towards building a bright future for our town, together.
