To the Editor:

The Newtown Lions Club held a month-long food drive at the Newtown Community Center from April 2nd thru April 30th for FAITH and local food pantries.

We would like to thank the residents of Newtown for the generous amount of food that we received.

Thank you also to Matt Ariniello and staff for letting the Lions use the Community Center for the food drive.
