Veterans ExemptionsThe Assessor's Office isaccepting applications for Sate Additional Veterans and Local OptionVeterans exemption programs. Applications will be accepted betweenthe hours of 8:00 a.m. And 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Thedeadline to file is October 1, 2023.To see if you are eligible forthe program your DD214 (honorable discharge) needs to be have beenfiled on the land records in the Town Clerk's Office on or beforeSeptember 30, 2022.Details about these programs maybe received by contacting the Assessor's Office at 203-270-4240.
